Shipping and delivery

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped or posted, and there is no delivery charge.
How delivery works
Once your payment is confirmed, the feature unlocks or your file is ready on the same screen, usually within a few seconds. For example, an invitation card on Purohit downloads as an image for WhatsApp and as a PDF for printing.
If it takes longer
Keep the page open, or come back to it later on the same phone and browser. It unlocks by itself once the payment is confirmed. Please do not pay again.
If you still have not received what you paid for 24 hours after paying, email buildstacklabs3@gmail.com with your payment reference. We will deliver it, or refund you in full under our Refunds and cancellations policy.
Where we deliver
Digital purchases are available wherever you can use the app. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
